Please exercise caution and due diligence when selecting a vendor for OEM Windows licenses. In our experience, an OEM license should ALWAYS include a physical copy of the software vendors who are selling electronic product keys only (with no media) should be treated with extreme caution to avoid fraud. Provided you can agree to and accept Microsoft’s OEM license terms, you can purchase an OEM license for Windows 10 at a reasonable discount from the full retail version.
